Dear Mr Lathigee, my sincerest thanks for the education and information provided at the economy call yesterday. As always I have tried to follow your advice as best as able in my capacity and done not too badly. I know you spoke of Alberta and the difficult times faced back in 2008. I was a newbie to investing then. But even in failure I learnt something. I went on to buy more assets that cash flowed and even now that has been my prime focus. It is not easy to stand after falling and when I am faced with a bad situation I look up to what you’ve made for yourself and say ,”take heart and work with what you have learnt.” It has motivated me to be a better person and investor.
