Neil Gilfillan has made a formal and public apology to Michael Lathigee for publishing defamatory comments with a total disregard to Michael Lathigee’s good name and reputation.

Neil Gilfillan paid damages to Mr Lathigee to compensate him for the damages as a result of Mr Gilfillan’s defamatory statements.
